We had our annual summer ceilidh at the end of June at the new winter venue, Muirhead and Birkhill Millennium Hall near Dundee and despite the exciting power cut, it was a lovely evening with plenty of fun, food, dancing and fellowship. We also had a visit from the Gideons on that evening and all the children who wished and hadn't been there or were too young last time, received a new Testament.

Our next official trip will be to the Dundee Flower and Food Festival on Friday 6th September. In recent years, entry has been free for home educators and it certainly is a very educational and informative day. We normally meet around the bandstand/picnic tables around 1pm to eat our picnics together; let us know if you would like to join us, so we can look out for you.

Otherwise we expect to have one or two informal park meet ups; please contact us for details.

Homeschooling Parents' Day Details

On 22nd September 2018 we are planning a parents' day for home educators. This will be an opportunity to pass along or sell homeschooling resources, share ideas, and encourage one another.

Parents will share some of their insights/challenges , such as scheduling, dyslexia and dysgraphia, and more.

The Homeschooling Parents' Day will take place in Dundee on 22nd Spetmber 2018 from 11am to 3pm. If you are a homeschooling parent or are considering home education, please contact us for more details.

Annual Homeschoolers' Ceilidh

The annual Perth and Tayside Homeschoolers ceilidh will be happening on 26th May!  We look forward to seeing you for some fellowship and lovely food!

Christmas Carol Singing

We will be meeting for Christmas Carol Singing in Perth at 2pm on Tuesday, 5th December 2017. We will also be performing a short play of "The Legend of the Candy Cane" for relatives and friends. Look forward to seeing you there!

PATH Winter Meetings

After a very successful day conference in Dundee last week, we have the PATH meetings in Perth for winter 2017/ 18 coming up on the following dates:
